Can I choose my own items?

For Petite and Signature tiers, we choose the best items from our current selection to curate the gift as a whole. For Curated, we personally shop premium items selected specifically for your recipient based on the details you share.

Do you offer fully custom boxes?

Yes — our Curated ($400) tier is fully personalized and requires 10-14 days. You will share details about the giftee upon choosing your drop. We will then personally shop your gift.

If you are looking for gifts exceeding this price point or group gifts, just reach out to orders@giftdropla.com and we will customize them.

Can I request specific brands or items for Curated boxes?

You can leave notes at checkout and we’ll do our best when available.

Do the boxes come gift-ready?

Yes — all orders arrive styled and ready to gift with a personalized gift message. Discreet packaging available for local LA delivery.


Shipping & Delivery

What delivery options do you offer in Los Angeles?

We offer:
• Next-Day Delivery — $80  *ships 1 business day from order date.
• UPS Ground Shipping — Nationwide rates + $10 handling fee
• Scheduled Delivery Wed-Sat ( choose exact delivery day within 14 days of order date) — $50

What are your delivery windows?

Next-Day and Ground Deliveries arrive via UPS, so tracking will be available. All Scheduled LA deliveries arrive between 2 PM and 8 PM on the day you choose.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Currently Saturdays, but not Sundays.

Do you deliver on holidays?

We do not offer local scheduled delivery on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.  UPS does not deliver on New Year's, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Other holidays possibly affected include MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day.

How far ahead can I schedule local delivery?

You can choose a specific date (Wed-Sat) within 14 days of your order date.

Do Curated boxes qualify for next-day or scheduled local delivery?

No — curated boxes require 10-14 days and will ship via UPS.


Payments & Policies

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please reach out within 1 hour of purchase and we will do our best to modify your order.

What if I entered the wrong address or gate code?

Reach out within 1 hour of purchase with correct details so we can try to amend it in time. If we’re unable to complete delivery due to incorrect details or access issues, a redelivery fee will apply.

What if something arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll resolve it for you.


Gifting & Personalization

Can I add a gift message?

Yes — gift messages are available at checkout.

Will the recipient see pricing?

No — pricing is never included.

Can I send to multiple addresses?

Yes — just place one order per address. Curated boxes need to be in their own order as they are customized and require longer lead time.
