Returns & Exchanges

Because of the curated and perishable nature of our gifting experience, most orders are final sale.

  • Ready-to-Ship Boxes: Final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Curated Boxes ($400+): Fully personalized and sourced-to-order — not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Beauty, food, fragrance, self-care, and ingestible items: Cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene regulations.

If something arrives damaged, please see the Damaged Items section below — we’ll take care of you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders quickly to meet your delivery window.

  • Please reach out within 1 hour of purchase and we will try to accommodate your changes.
  • After 1 hour, cancellations may not be possible as items may have already been sourced or packed.
  • Curated Box orders cannot be cancelled once sourcing begins.

Delivery Issues & Redelivery

Please double-check all gate codes, building access details, suite numbers, and recipient info at checkout.

If we’re unable to complete delivery due to access issues, the original delivery window may no longer apply.

Redelivery Policies

  • A redelivery fee will apply when a new attempt is required.
  • Redelivery is based on courier availability and may not be same-day.
  • If the recipient isn’t available and no safe drop is possible, a redelivery fee will apply.

We always aim to keep delivery smooth — LA gates and intercoms just have a mind of their own.


Damaged or Missing Items

If something arrives incorrect or damaged:

  1. Email us within 48 hours

  2. Include your order number + photos of the packaging & items

  3. We’ll take care of it from there

We replace or refund damaged items at our discretion based on availability.


Lost Packages

For UPS shipments:

  • Once a package has been tendered to UPS, delays or lost parcels fall under UPS investigation timelines.
  • We’ll gladly help start a claim if needed.
  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed on lost packages until the carrier completes their investigation.

For local deliveries:

  • We confirm delivery with the courier.
  • If the package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

Curated Box Timelines

Curated ($400+) boxes require 10-14 days for sourcing and design.

They are not eligible for:

  • Next-day delivery
  • Scheduled delivery
  • UPS expedited shipping

If you need a faster gift, we recommend selecting one of our Petite or Signature drops.


Incorrect Address Policy

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The order may be delayed
  • A redelivery fee or reshipment fee may apply
  • UPS re-routing fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend sending gifts to your own address if the recipient’s building is gated, secured, or difficult to access.
